Step 1 Go to Login

Open the login screen and tap 'Reset password'

Step 2 Start password reset

On the 'Reset Password' page, you’ll be asked for the email address linked to your account

Step 3 Enter your email address

Type your email address and tap 'Send Code to Email Address'

Step 4 Check your email for the code

Open your inbox and find the email with your verification code (check your junk/spam folder if needed)

Step 5 Enter the verification code

Enter the code from your email and tap 'Send Code'

Step 6 Create a new password

Type your new password (must be at least 8 characters and include letters and numbers)

Step 7 Confirm and reset

Re-type your new password and tap 'Reset Password' to finish
